Our all-round, carefree service components and services available worldwide include:

• Technical and assisted support during commissioning
• Training in the safe use of cooling systems
• Troubleshooting and error diagnostics
• On-site repairs by our mobile service team – regardless of the cooling
system manufacturer
• Repairs at the H.I.B customer service centre
• Electrical and refrigeration tests
• Implementation of statutory leakage tests according to
Regulation (EC) 517/2014, regardless of the manufacturer
• Screening existing systems and creating both a test plan and
a maintenance plan
• Production of statutory operating manuals for
cooling systems*

*According to Regulation (EC) No 517/2014 Article 6 / Paragraph 1, a system log book must be kept by the operator of cooling systems which contain more than 5 tonnes of CO2 equivalent or more fluorinated greenhouse gases.
