RFCS-D AUXILIARY COOLING SYSTEMS
A range for various applications – RFCS-D series.
The D series of H.I.B chiller systems includes three standard separate housings with cooling capacities from 2 kW to 7 kW.
The basic design with the capacitor lying flat makes the cooling systems compact and particularly flexible with respect to the airflow. The separate auxiliary coolers are suitable for cooling tasks in machine building, for example for integration into the machine tool. The individual units can be modularly adapted to customers’ needs by means of different pumps or individual equipment options.

The separate D2 housing can achieve cooling capacities of 3.3 kW. In the standard versions, the chiller systems are constructed as active coolers complete with lifting scroll compressor, air-cooled condenser and submersible pump on a 230 V/ 400V basis. Convenient remote maintenance is possible via the H.I.B control unit.
The separate D3 housing is suitable for industrial cooling capacities between 4.5 and 5.6 kW. The chiller systems in this series are constructed as active coolers complete with lifting piston compressor, air-cooled condenser and submersible pump on a 400 V basis. Convenient temperature control and remote maintenance are also possible here via the H.I.B control unit.
The RFCS-D4 chiller system can achieve cooling capacities from 7.5 to 9.5 kW. Optional equipment variants, such as a speed-controlled fan, equipment free of non-ferrous metal and a variety of cooling fluids (oil, DI water, etc.), offer numerous application possibilities for the various tasks in cooling.
